It is the policy of Eurotek Foundry Products Ltd to maintain the highest level of quality during the production of all products required by our customers.

Eurotek is committed to provide quality products and services to ensure this objective, a Quality Management System has been designed and implemented, based on the internationally recognised ISO 9001:2015.  This form clear evidence of Eurotek’s commitment to quality.

The Quality Management System is implemented and maintained through teamwork, development and communication with the involvement of all company personnel.  It is the responsibility of every employee within Eurotek to perform their tasks correctly, to ensure that all materials are fully compliant before being progressed to manufacture or despatch.  Employees must be fully aware of their responsibilities within our customer supply chain, by following all company systems as laid down in the Company’s Quality System Documentation. The Quality System shall be reviewed and audited on a regular basis to ensure its effectiveness.  This will include statistical analysis derived from system data, allowing establishment of a clear platform from which we can constantly review, validate and, where appropriate, revise our quality objectives.

The complete manual will be available at any time via our internal network to all personnel.  Relevant sections will also be issued to other personnel to action correctly the functions for which they are responsible.  The Quality Manager has overall responsibility for the maintenance and upkeep of all

aspects of the Quality System in order to ensure its effectiveness and continued compliance to ISO 9001:2015, except those functions relating to IT security.

As part of continual development, all employees are invited to make suggestions which may lead to an improvement in the quality of products or services we supply to our customers. The company will supply all relevant resources required to maintain customer satisfaction via our quality system.
