Overview

Since their introduction into the Eurotek products range in 1995, this family of high performance Urethane binders have made significant advances in a number of key market sectors.

The very low emission Air-Set range have established themselves in Steel Foundries producing large cored castings and in Non Ferrous applications where high surface finish, rapid set and high volume production are important.

The amine cured Cold Box versions offer high volume automated production of cores, with high core strength, and excellent box release.

Both gas cured and self setting systems are available.

The Permacure 700/900 cold box binder series is suitable for both semi and high repetition work.

Grades are available specifically for non-ferrous and low odour applications employing the latest vegetable solvent chemistry. Advantages offered by these high quality systems include:

The Permacure AS self-setting urethane system gives high productivity in a jobbing format. Suitable for all types of casting production this 3 part system offers rapid box turnaround. The new very low emission Permacure AS 1000/2000 family have established themselves in both steel and non-ferrous foundries.

• Demanding cores can be produced in reclaimed sand in many cases
• With good resing wipe properties volume core making is obtained with reduced cleaning time for patterns
