Overview / Alkaline
Permabind offers a range of Air Set and Gas cured products, with
excellent Environmental properties. These ester cured products are
particularly good for the production of Steel Castings, the Permabind
System offers high surface finish and reduced fettling costs.
Eurotek's alkaline phenolic binders offer a low-odour core and mould
making system. Benefits inlcude excellent veining and erosion resistance
with good surface finish, particularly on steel or non-ferrous castings.
When coupled with our range of Permabind Hardeners an excellent
low fume, flexible no-bake binder system results.
Latest resin grades give high reclamation properties, along with
low odour at casting and K.O. stations when used with the new Permabind
Plus range of hardeners, thus making Permabind an even more attractive
alternative.
The Permabind 420 series of gas cured resins offer a high production
system with all the advantages of the alkaline phenolic technology.
